Abstract: | Nowadays, the significant of vocational and technical education and its importance is increasing day by day in the world. Vocational and technical education, taking into account the positive impact on individuals following conclusion can be drawn on; vocational and technical education planning, after learning that the individual will get taken over by the education profession by establishing a strong link between theory-based training is to be ready to contribute to the business world. Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), constantly renewed and improved their work in the field of higher education as a university and the School of Computing Technology (SCT) is a higher education institution of vocational education. Information Technology, Computer Programming, Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics Technology, Construction Technology, Accounting and Tax Practices, Medical Documentation and Secretarial, Mapping and Cadastral Survey Programs are given vocational education in the SCT. These and similar programs provide benefits also contributed to the economic development of the TRNC industry.The reasons for lack of qualified labor force in the TRNC to meet the needs of the industry, non-employment program in too much choice stems from the TRNC universities. The aim of this study is to reveal the current statements made in the field of vocational education and to produce rational solutions to the problems mentioned. In addition, one of the biggest advantage education offered in vocational education not only nationally, is to have validity in the international arena. |
