Abstract: | Higher Education Council was assigned as a legal body by the constitution in order to
plan, organize, govern and inspect the higher education institutions. The purpose of this research is to reflect the perceptions of student teachers concerning higher education institutions giving undergraduate education. From the visional metaphoric perspectives, the metaphoric visionary technique was used in order to analyze the perceptions of student teachers. This research will provide contributions to other researchers how the metaphoric perspective is easy to understand some complex issues. |
