Türkiye Türkçesinde Örtmece ve Tabu Kelimeler

Abstract

ÖZ: Bu çalışmada, Türkiye Türkçesindeki Tabu ve Örtmeceler ele alınmıştır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmamızın konusu, amacı, malzeme ve yöntemleri belirtilmiştir. Çalışmamıza tabunun tanımını yaparak başladık. Daha sonra kökeni ve türleri hakkında bilgi verip, tabunun nasıl oluştuğu ve dilcilerin bu konu hakkında neler söylediklerine değindik. Bu bilgileri verdikten sonra çalışmamızın asıl konusu olan Örtmece kelimelerini tanımladık. Örtmece kelimelerin Türkiye Türkçesindeki yapısı ve gelişimine değindik ve daha sonra konularına göre tasnifini yaparak gerekli açıklamaları gerçekleştirdik. Sonuç bölümünde konunun önemini belirterek, tezimizin ana unsurlarını açıkladık. Son olarak da tabu ve örtmece kelimelerle ilgili toplamış olduğumuz malzemenin sözlüğünü çalışmamıza ekledik.

ABSTRACT: The dissertation is devoted to the problem of taboos and euphemisms in Turkey Turkish. It consists of seven chapters, appendix and bibliography. The first chapter refers to the subject of the study, applied materials and methods. The author explains the terms taboo and euphemism in the second chapter supported them with the data in different languages. In the third chapter the author states how and why the euphemisms occur. The fourth chapter is on taboos and euphemisms in Turkey Turkish, where the author shows the layers of the Turkish lexicon where taboo is widely seen and the usage of euphemisms are necessary. Author classifies the euphemisms in Turkish regarding their degrees into three groups as light, medium and hard ones and supplies these three groups by samples in Turkish in the fifth chapter. The next chapter gives information on different classes of euphemisms like de-euphemisms, historical euphemisms, linguistic euphemisms, terms and borrowings etc.The last chapter describes structural and semantic characteristics of Turkish euphemisms.The appendix includes gathered by the author materials related to the subject of the dissertation. These materials can also serve as valuable source during the compilation of the dictionary of taboos and euphemisms of Turkey Turkish. Key Words: Taboo, Euphemism, Turkey Turkish.
