Abstract: The aim of this article is to present that the buildings built by the migrants after a technological disaster lack knowledge and there cannot be contribution of professionals to these buildings. This is because migrants cannot apply their tradition in the city environment due to lack of materials.
Description: This research was used to identify the migrants' houses in the city to be able to provide them safe places.
