ÖZ:
Çalısmada Türk Đs Hukuku’nda esneklik kavramının incelenmesi esas
alınmıstır. Bu bağlamda esnekliğin doğmasına yol açan nedenler, is mevzuatında
esnekliğin yeri ve önemi incelenmistir. Esneklik temeline bağlı düzenlemeler,
çalısma süreleri yönünden esnek çalısma ve istihdam sekilleri bakımından esnek
çalısma modelleri olmak üzere iki ana baslık altında değerlendirilmistir.

The main concern of this study is the concept of flexibility in Turkish Labour
Law. Within this framework, reasons that lead to flexibility and Labour Law rules
regulating the flexibility and their importance are examined. Rules regulating the
flexibility are examined under two main topics, which are; flexibility according to
working hours and flexibility related with the types of employment.
