Anooshirvan Miandji’nin Çocuk Kitaplarının Değerler Eğitimi Açısından İncelenmesi

Abstract

ÖZ: Bu çalışmada Anooshirvan Miandji’nin çocuk kitapları, çocuk edebiyatı eserlerinde bulunması gereken özellikler ve değerler eğitimi dâhilinde incelenmiştir. Çalışma Bilge Çiçek, Filozof Meşe, Muz Cenneti, Kara Kaz, Ben Yanılabilirim, Farkında eserleri ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Literatür taraması yapıldığında bu konu üzerine edebiyat alanında herhangi bir çalışma veya yayın yapılmamış olması, konuyla ilgili literatür açığı olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu durum, söz konusu çalışmanın hazırlanmasında tesirli olmuştur. Aynı zamanda araştırma, çocuk kitaplarında olması gereken özellikler açısından iç yapısal ve dış yapısal ögeler çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Dış yapısal ögeler kapsamında kapak, boyut, kâğıt ve sayfa düzeni, resim ögeleri incelenirken iç yapısal ögeler çerçevesinde ise konu, tema, kahraman, dil anlatım ve ileti ögeleri analiz edilmiştir. Dış yapısal nitelikleri açısından ele alınan çocuk kitaplarının fiziksel yapısı, kapak resimleri, içine işlenen metin destekli görsellerin çocukların hayal dünyasını ileriye taşımak amacıyla inşa edildiği gözlemlenmiştir. Aynı zamanda eserler boyut bakımından incelendiğinde çocuklara uygun olarak tasarlandığı görülmektedir. İç yapısal özellikleri bakımından ise kitaplarda aktarılmak istenen ileti ve değerlerin bir bütünlük içerisinde yer aldığı izlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda iletiler çocuklarda öğrenmeye açık olmanın, ön yargıyı kırabilmenin ve hataya düşme gibi olumsuz durumların nasıl yönetilebileceği üzerine olmuştur. Aynı zamanda eserde Türkçe dilinin zenginliği sıklıkla ikilemeler, deyimler ve atasözleri kullanılarak çocuklara duyumsatılmış, çocukların dil edinimlerine katkıda bulunulmuştur.Çalışmanın konusunu oluşturan diğer safhasında ise eserler, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi Öğretim Programı içerisinde bulunan adalet, aile birliğine önem verme, bağımsızlık, barış, bilimsellik, çalışkanlık, dayanışma, duyarlılık, dürüstlük, estetik, eşitlik, özgürlük, sevgi, saygı, sorumluluk, tasarruf, vatanseverlik, yardımseverlik değerleri çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Bu değerler birbirinden farklı dünyaları olsa da tüm çocuklarda bulunması gereken, temel değerlerdir. Anooshirvan Miandji’ye ait incelenen çocuk kitaplarında bulunması gereken ögeler ve değerler eğitimi örnek teşkil edecek nitelik göstermiştir. Bu bağlamda eserler literatüre önemli bir fayda sağlamaktadır.

In this study, Anooshirvan Miandji's children's books were examined within the scope of characteristics and values education that should be found in children's literature works. The study is limited to the works of the Wise Flower, Philosopher Oak, Banana Paradise, Black Goose, I Could Be Wrong, Aware. The qualitative research method was used in the research. The fact that there were no studies or publications in the field of literature on this topic when the literature survey was conducted shows that there is a literature deficit on this topic. This situation has been effective in the preparation of the study in question. At the same time, the research was examined within the framework of internal structural and external structural elements in terms of the characteristics that should be present in children's books. While cover, size, paper and page layout, picture elements were examined within the scope of external structural elements, subject, theme, hero, language expression and message elements were analyzed within the framework of internal structural elements. It has been observed that the physical structure of children's books considered in terms of their external structural qualities, cover images, text-supported visuals processed into them are constructed in order to move the children's imagination world forward. At the same time, when the works are examined in terms of size, it is seen that they are designed in accordance with children. In terms of its internal structural features, it has been observed that the messages and values desired to be conveyed in the books are contained in an integrity. In this context, the messages were about how to be open to learning in children, how to break prejudice and how to manage negative situations such as making mistakes. At the same time, the richness of the Turkish language was often made felt to children by using dilemmas, idioms and proverbs in the work, and contributed to children's language acquisition. In the other phase of the study, the works were examined within the framework of the values of justice, family unity, independence, peace, science, hard work, solidarity, sensitivity, honesty, aesthetics, equality, freedom, love, respect, responsibility, thrift, patriotism, benevolence contained in the Curriculum of the Social Studies Course of the Ministry of National Education. These values are the basic values that should be present in all children, even though they have different worlds from each other. The elements and values that should be found in the examined children's books belonging to Anooshirvan Miandji have shown a quality that will serve as an example of education. In this context, the works provide an important benefit to the literature.
