| dc.description.abstract | In spite of numerous research investigations about diverse pro-environmental behaviors exhibited by employees within organizational settings, there exists a shortage of studies elucidating the nexus between Green Transformational Leadership (GTL), Connectedness to Nature (CNS), Green Promotive Voice Behaviors (GPMVB), Green Prohibitive Voice Behaviors (GPHVB), and the organizational factors influencing them. This thesis seeks to address this gap by examining the interrelationships among GTL, CNS, GPMVB, and GPHVB. The data for the study is collected from a sample comprising 291 employees across seven 5-star hotels situated in Northern Cyprus. Employing a quantitative methodology, specifically structural equation modeling, this study evaluates the formulated hypotheses. The findings underscore the pivotal role of GT leadership in fostering employees' sense of connection to nature (CNS), thereby exerting a substantial influence on shaping the employees’ GPMVB and GPHVB. Notably, the research outcomes also clarify the significance of GTL in predicting GPMVB and GPHVB, with a crucial mediating role of CNS in this relationship. In conclusion, this thesis provides a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical and practical implications of the examined relationships, thereby offering valuable insights for directing both academic field and industrial actions. | dc.description.abstract | Çalışanların kurumsal alanlarda sergilediği çeşitli çevre yanlısı davranışlar hakkında çok sayıda araştırma yapılmasına rağmen, Yeşil Dönüşümcü Liderlik (YDL), Doğaya Bağlılık (DB), Yeşili Teşvik Edici Ses Davranışları (YTESD), Yeşili Engelleyici Ses Davranışları (YESD) aralarındaki bağı araştıran ve kurumsal faktörlerin bunlar üzerindeki etkilerini aydınlatan çalışmalarda eksiklik bulunmaktadır.
