dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to examine the development of China’s expanding footprint in the African continent, through the global 21st -century Silk Road strategy, also known as the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).China through its new plan provides consecutive significant aid to countries in Asia, Europe, and Africa. However, this study will be focused on how Chinese funding influences the low and high-income countries of Africa, along with a comparative analysis of the Sino-African relations in the countries of Morocco and Angola. As well as a data analysis and interpretation, that aims to portray the level of the said influence and the consequences of the “Free” loans of China’s Export-Import Bank provides affect the continent’s loaner countries in relation to concepts of “Debt Trap Diplomacy”, debt distress, economic interdependence and possible relational geopolitical dominance. dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, Kuşak ve Yol Girişimi (BRI) olarak da bilinen küresel 21. yüzyıl İpek Yolu stratejisi aracılığıyla Çin'in Afrika kıtasındaki genişleyen ayak izinin gelişimini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çin, yeni planı aracılığıyla Asya, Avrupa ve Afrika'daki ülkelere art arda önemli yardımlar sağlıyor. Bununla birlikte, bu çalışma, Sahra Altı Afrika ve Kuzey bölgelerindeki Çin-Afrika ilişkilerinin karşılaştırmalı bir analizi ile birlikte, Çin fonlarının Afrika'nın düşük ve yüksek gelirli ülkelerini nasıl etkilediğine odaklanacaktır. Bu araştırma, Çin'in İhracat-İthalat Bankası'nın “Bedava” kredilerinin kıtanın kredi veren ülkeleri üzerindeki söz konusu etkinin düzeyini ve sonuçlarını “Borç Tuzağı Diplomasisi”, borç sıkıntısı, ekonomik karşılıklı bağımlılık ve muhtemel kavramlar bağlamında ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. ilişkisel jeopolitik hakimiyet.
