Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti İlkokullarının Örgütsel Etkililik Açısından Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

With this research, evaluation of the elementary schools of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in terms of organizational effectiveness has been made. Scanning model which is a quantitative research method was used in the research. The sample of the research consists of 358 teachers and administrators working in TRNC primary schools in the 2016 - 2017 academic year. The data of the study were obtained using organizational effectiveness scale and personal information form. The data obtained from the Organizational Effectiveness scale were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 22.0 program after being transferred to the computer environment. Sub-problems are solved by descriptive statistical method. T - test and one - way ANOVA were used to analyze whether the organizational effectiveness of teachers and administrators differed according to gender, age, vocational study period, marital status, education status, school districts variables. The main problem of the research is the evaluation of organizational effectiveness, which is the culmination of organizational effectiveness, by individual, team, elementary school and school. When the answers given in these dimensions were analyzed, the teachers and administrators were found to be effective at an individual level, while the least effective was reached at the elementary school level. ÖZ: Bu araştırma ile Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti İlkokullarının örgütsel etkililik açısından değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi olan tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2016 – 2017 eğitim ve öğretim yılında KKTC ilkokullarında görev yapan 358 öğretmen ve yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri örgütsel etkililik ölçeği ve kişisel bilgi formu kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Örgütsel Etkililik ölçeği ile elde edilen veriler, bilgisayar ortamına aktarıldıktan sonra SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) Windows için 22.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Alt problemler betimsel istatistik yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir. Öğretmen ve yöneticilerin örgütsel etkililiği cinsiyet, yaş, meslekte çalışma süresi, medeni durum, öğrenim durumu, çalıştığı okulun bölgesi değişkenlerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini çözümlemek amacıyla t – test ve tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın temel problem cümlesi olan örgütsel etkililik değerlendirmesi örgütsel etkililiğin birey, takım, ilköğretim dairesi ve okul olarak boyutlarına göre incelenmiştir. Bu boyutlarda verilen yanıtlar analiz edildiğinde öğretmen ve yöneticiler birey boyutunda oldukça iyi düzeyde etkili bulunurken en az etkililiğe ilköğretim dairesi boyutunda ulaşılmıştır.
