The study of hospital workflow has become an important aspect of the management of hospitals. This study focuses on the hospital transaction and report flow systems of Lefkosa Dr. Burhan Nalbantoglu State Hospital, which is located in North Cyprus. It involves the coordination and control of processes and activities of people and systems. A database model is established, and the implemented prototype workflow model system is presented. A case tool was used in analyzing the existing system at the hospital and in designing the projected system.
