Abstract

In recent years, the developments in the Internet and communication technologies have led to new additional problems that are faced by children and adolescents. When children and adolescents are unable to use the internet and communication technologies in a sufficiently controlled manner, cyber bullying is arose as the problem. Since cyber bullying is more severe and widespread in children and adolescents. It is known that Reality Therapy is the preferred therapeutic approach in the psychological help process. Reality Therapy is based on Choice Theory, that highlights an individual's choice, including the feelings of unhappiness and unhappiness that the individual felt. In this context, Reality Therapy is suggested that cyberbullying is an effective approach in psychological counseling process for children and adolescents. © 2019 Turkish Psychological Counseling and Guidance Association.
