dc.description.abstractIn this paper a new sliding mode control strategy for linear uncertain discrete-time systems is proposed. This strategy is based on a disturbance prediction technique and can totally reject harmonic disturbances in the presence of parameter uncertainties. Simulation studies are carried out on single phase UPS inverter with resistive load. Results from this study show that the proposed strategy is successful regarding disturbance rejection and insensitivity to parameter uncertainties.
