Abstract
Araştırma verilerinin istatistiksel analizi için Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 26.0 yazılımı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada, müdahale grubu hastaların yaş ortalaması 44,82±12,37, kontrol grubu hastalarının yaş ortalaması ise 44,41±10,80’dir. Hastaların toplam mobilizasyon süreleri incelendiğinde, müdahale grubundaki hastaların toplam mobilizasyon süresi ortalamasının 58,33±11,20 dk olduğu, kontrol grubundakilerin ise 24,92±5,64 dk olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0,05). Çalışmada, müdahale grubunda yer alan hastaların kontrol grubuna göre ameliyat sonrası ağrı puanları, düşük (p<0,05), yatak içi dönme ve yatarken konfor puanları ile ilk gece uyku puanları yüksek saptanmıştır (p<0,05). Bu çalışma sonuçlarına göre, erken mobilizasyon eğitiminin, abdominal cerrahi uygulanan hastaların mobilizasyon süresi, ameliyat sonrası ağrı, yatak içi dönme ve yatarken konfor ve ilk gece uyku kalitesi puanları üzerine olumlu etkisi vardır. This study was conducted in accordance with a randomized controlled experimental study design to examine the effect of early mobilization training on mobility, pain, comfort and sleep quality after abdominal surgery in individuals undergoing abdominal surgery. The research was carried out between June-October 2022 in Famagusta State Hospital Surgery Clinic. The sample group of the study consisted of 78 (Intervention Group=39, Control Group=39) patients randomly assigned to the groups. The data collection form used in the research consists of two parts. In the first part, there is the Patient Information Form, and in the second part, the Patient Mobility Scale. The data of the study were collected by the researcher in a face-to-face after obtaining the necessary institutional and ethical committee permissions. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 26.0 software was used for the statistical analysis of the research data. In the study, the mean age of the intervention group patients was 44.82±12.37, and the mean age of the control group patients was 44.41±10.80. When the total mobilization times of the patients were examined, it was determined that the mean total mobilization time of the patients in the intervention group was 58.33±11.20 minutes, and 24.92±5.64 minutes in the control group (p<0.05). In the study, the postoperative pain scores of the patients in the intervention group were lower (p<0.05), while the in-bed rolling and lying comfort scores, and the first night's sleep scores were higher than the control group (p<0.05). According to the results of this study, early mobilization training has a positive effect on the mobilization duration, postoperative pain, in-bed rolling and lying comfort, and first night sleep quality scores of patients undergoing abdominal surgery.
