dc.description.abstractThe present paper looks at the historical background of education in the universities. We take the developments in the use of instructional technology (instructional design, instructional media design, and process of the instructional design) into consideration and explore the tertiary level students’ (studying at the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies at the Eastern Mediterranean University) reactions to learning from the traditional lectures and from the courses put on the web.en_US
